We are always on the lookout for talented creators and innovative projects. Comme des géants is particularly fond of refreshing, surprising, and bold proposals. We enjoy conceptual books, emotionally rich stories, and witty outstanding humor.

Submissions must be accompanied by a short project description (short synopsis), a brief biography, and a bibliography. Target readership must be specified, as well as personal influences and similarities with other books. Please write “Submission” as your email subject line.

We accept French and English manuscripts in digital formats (.doc, .docx and PDF) sent at the following address: nadine@commedesgeants.com Please do not send paper version by regular mail. Please note that we do not publish youth novels and “early reader” books.

Due to the large number of submissions we receive, project evaluation can take up to eight weeks. Our small team does not send acknowledgment replies, nor does it provide detailed or personalized refusal letters. We do not make followup calls and we do not return messages regarding project submissions.

 

If you have not received any response after eight weeks, please consider that your project has not been retained.
